The house is located in the town of Hestroff, which is 25 km far away from Metz, Thionville and St Avold. It has been completely renovated in 2005. The house is 130 square meters. there are 3 bedrooms, 1 living room with TV and satellite, 1 dining room.

On the ground floor, there is the kitchen, which is furnished and opens itself on a big garden with a terrace (parasol, barbecue...).  there is also one bedroom with a two-persons bed, one bathroom with washing machine and separat toilets.

On the first floor, there is 1 bedroom with a two-persons bed and a baby bed, 1 bedroom with twin beds and one mezzanine.
